I'm considering Gastric Byp Surgery. Anybody have any advice/experience/info about it?

I'm pretty sure I'm going to go through with this, so long as my insurance (Kaiser Permanente in California) pays for it. I'd appreciate any experiences/info you guys have. Thanks!
