Guys and girls?

Do you like it if a girl/guy sends you sweet txts and you open it and think awww,lol my boyfriend loves it,he likes waking up to read a nice txt even though his not very romantic but tries as in sending flowers or atleast trying to txt me something nice...usually when we together his better at saying lovely things in person or by phone!
