Help with my dog please?

So I was just petting my dog and I noticed that she has a rather large bump above her left eye basically on her eyelid. Its red and squishy. No I wasnt poking and proding at it. I only touched it to see if it was hard or not. My dog is a 3 year old Weimeraner if that helps at all. I'd just like so information on what you may think it is.. So please dont be like 'oh you should take her to the vet and blah blah blah' because I'm going to if the bump is still there tomorrow. Also it doesnt seem to be bothering her. When I did touch it she didnt flinch or wimper. So I'm pretty sure its not causing her any pain. I'm thinking that it may be from some ice outside because I do live in Maine and well of course we have ice and snow. but I'm not completely sure about that either.
