I have just found out I'm dying?

I just got back from the doctor. I had an MRI scan and he said I have something called (this is what I think he said) level 4 himamisawa syndrome. I apparently am going to hallucinate severly and atempt to kill myself by clawing out major arteries in a few weeks. He said even if they strap me down I will go insane and lose all sanity and I would be better off dead.
