Is drainage from where a dog got spayed normal?

My dog got spayed on friday and she came home yesterday, at first she would not eat or drink or even get up off the couch at all yesterday. But today she is doing great, shes eating, drinking and going to the bathroom and she is also wanting to play with are other 2 dogs but I make her stop then she goes and lays down. But today I noticed it looked like something was draining out of where she got cut kinda looked like a clear almost like water, but now it ain't doing anything and it looks fine just a little red where her stitches are which I heard it normal because the stitches might be causing irritation to the skin. I just wanted to know if this is normal for it to be draining like that. thanks.
