Is it normal for a canine spay incision to drain pinkish liquid?

I got my 11 m/o GSD spayed yesterday (bad idea because I can't call my vet over the weekend!) and the incision is slightly pink, the swelling seems to be normal, but a small amount of this drainage has leaked out, about a a teaspoonful at at a time-twice since the surgery. I don't want to take her to the emergency vet and cause her more stress if this is normal.
