I think the more you stick to it not so much push the issue just as long as she sees the consistency of you being there and loving her she will come around. She obviously has feelings for you but it scared of something i think she is afraid of loving someone and then getting hurt and being in that position she was in the past being disappointed and then thinking to herself i am so stupid. I think that you should just keep doing what your doing really being with her and making her feel safe and loved by you as time goes by she will be a lot more comfortable with you and later start thinking hey maybe i can be with him just based on the fact that you do not bum out on her and you are always there just like a said being consistent and showing that you love her. Another thing you can do is just talk and try to get her to open up and feel comfortable with you just making her feel more comfortable with you.
