I just bought a 2004 ford ranger, 4 cyl. 2 wheel drive is there anything i could do to it?

i tuned my honda and stuff lol but i just wanted to add something to the ranger, short ram intake.. rims.. nothing crazy on the rims i was thinking explorer rims or something if the lug pattern fits?
